Unlike the previous remotes, I received from another company through Amazon, the remotes I received from Dan's were precisely as advertised, I loaded the batteries in them and they worked with the two Westinghouse TV's that we have at our church. You guys have won a loyal customer and my next orders will be through Dan's. Customer service was excellent, product shipped quickly, I received it promptly, ordering was painless and website was easy to navigate. What more could a customer ask for?
