Really enjoyed talking to the person who took my call. He explained why the cost of the remote went up considerably after my original order was made and was kind enough to offer me a reduced price. This is indeed a good business practice. I will certainly be back. Oh yes, before I forget, the four TV remotes are top quality and working well.

Nearly identical to the remote it is replacing, however, Volume control, has to be entered on a separate ROKU remote now. Thanks for the speedy delivery. I'll recommend You to anyone who has a similar apparatus need. Dave
