Shipment was on time, item was well packaged, so far working as advertised. Understand this is my 3rd remote purchased since I purchased this Yamaha home stereo system, due to the manufacturer of the product and not the seller. Buttons eventually fail to function properly due to poor materials used. Seems to be a common issue with most remote controls. I give the seller 5 Stars, in 6 months will see for the remote.

Great original part. Works as it should. My only problem is since I broke the original, I have replaced a couple components and getting the codes for them to pair with the remote have been hard. The ones I have tried have not worked

Haven't put the new remote into service yet because the old one is still work (on its last leg) but will be in the next couple of weeks. Was very pleased with how fast I was able to get the new one. Bookmarked your web site for when I might need any other remotes.

I replaced the original remote with the unit from replacementremotes.com; worked perfectly right out of the box. Full functionality with my Yamaha receiver.

Product was in excellent condition ,not damaged in transist and works fine.
