This is a 5 star rating for the actual remote control. It worked perfectly, however, the customer service could have been better. I received no help from the representative that answered the phone in helping me decide on the correct remote control to purchase. They no longer carried the remote that I needed and I had to find comparable one. After receiving no help I spent about 30 minutes on-line to determine which remote was needed and then hoping that I ordered the correct one.

Factory OE replacement remote for my Yamaha receiver. Took a while to get here but aside from that I am very happy with the remote and my purchase. Exactly the same Yamaha remote that came with my receiver/amp originally.

I use these for my production facility. Good remotes but they do wear out after extensive use. Buttons are a bit small, but they are logically laid out. Over all a good remote for and excellent receiver/amp. Yamaha makes good products.
