Hello, your company was great in sending me the replacement remote I purchased. However, I cannot get the RAX13 (W872190) remote to work. I doubled check to see if this was the correct remote replacement for my Yamaha RX-596 Receiver, and it was the correct one. I checked the batteries a couple of times, but I just could not get the RAX13 remote to work at all. Is there suppose to be a display light when you press the on button? It has no affect to my Yamaha Receiver at all. Any suggestions?
