Not much I can say about the actual remote since it's an OEM remote, fairly priced and works great with the receiver I have. Ordering from the site was simple and although I had to wait a little before my item shipped, communication was good and I was kept informed of the delay and when the item finally shipped. When it did ship it arrived fast.
